Sam didn't know what to make of this encounter.
True that he mingles among the humans to make sure that they keep up the traditions (and punish those who break them), along with once and a while interaction with the children. (Rhonda is the child that he is most fond of).
This one is...unique.
At first he thought that he was a human child who forgoes the costume (it is tradition), until he inspects closer and saw that otherworldly hair color of white...and the fact that he wasn't wearing any footwear in the middle of October.
"Oh, how cute! Here, I know it's not much but Trick 'r Treat!"
Sam just silently received the sweet from him as he flew off into the air with a skip and disappeared into the night air.
So this is the winter sprite that the Boogeyman is so fond of.
